Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time:
Depending on your location, standard delivery takes 5–12 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays:
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every product you order from Mirello.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Any packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
